So what is detoxifying?
Well, it is an internal cleansing of toxins, from our bodies. These are toxins
that we either produce, ingests or absorb. Our bodies produce toxins as it
goes about it's regular daily functioning and when our system is working
properly these toxins will be eliminated efficiently.
But very few of us have systems that are so well balanced, anymore. We
are not eating properly, we don't get enough rest or exercise. So, our
bodies don't function as smoothly as they should.
These days, its seems like everyone is looking for different recipes to add
to their tried and true favorites. Many people are looking for recipes that
are low carb or that fit into the type of diet they are on. Or, they are
looking for a new things they can make for busy nights like crock pot
recipes or quick recipes. Maybe you are looking for a new cookie recipe or
even an easy gourmet recipe. Whatever your choice is, you can usually do

So what is detoxification (detox)? To put it very simply it's "getting the
garbage (toxins) out of your body without putting any more in". Toxins
can be heavy metals, pesticides, too much vitamin A or chemical residues
from the polluted air we breathe or the junk food we eat, which contains
sugar salt, artificial colors and flavors. All these are stored mainly in the
fatty tissues of the body and can play havoc with your health if they build
up to excess or if you have a sensitivity.

to try. Most web sites offering recipes are able to provide them free of
charge. With so many people looking to expand their cooking ability or
learn new recipes, the web is a wonderful tool. Search for quick recipes
online and you may find not only recipes that are quick, but time saving
tips and things you can do ahead to make dinner time quick and simple.
You may find many types of quick recipes as well from crock pot recipes
that are prepared well ahead of time to easy gourmet recipes. You'll find
low carb or low fat recipes to meet your needs.
Regardless of how you are looking for them or what you are looking for,
everyone seems to like new recipes to add to their favorites!
There are several types of detox diets. There are those in which you can
only eat fruits and vegetables, those in which you can only eat ˇ°cleanˇ±
foods, those in which you can only drink fruit and vegetable juice, and the
most extreme type where you can only drink water.
